Kitchener should use technology and responsible AI to make City Hall easier, faster and more transparent.


As Mayor, I will:


  1. Improve City Services - Make more City services accessible online, 24/7.

  2. Use AI Responsibly - Improve customer service, reduce paperwork and help identify infrastructure problems earlier.

  3. Protect Your Privacy - Strengthen cybersecurity and ensure human oversight of important decisions.

  4. Make Government Transparent - Publish clear information about how the City uses AI and measures its results.

  5. Support Local Innovation - Partner with Kitchener's technology companies, entrepreneurs, colleges and universities to create jobs and solve local problems.

  6. Measure Results - Publish an annual Digital Kitchener Report Card showing what was achieved and what it cost.


Technology should serve people & not the other way around.
